Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary contact for the implementation of the EHS programs for specific Microsoft Datacenters within Region.
Being accountable for EHS performance metrics and implementation of annual improvement plans.
Periodically inspecting, auditing, and reviewing safe work practices to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Conduct workplace risk/exposure assessments for various classes of hazards.
Supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, so that corrective and preventive actions can be identified, communicated globally, and implemented.

Required Qualifications:

As the successful Business Program Manager, your performance objectives include:

Creating financial presentations for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and advising leadership on ongoing operations and projects.

Required Qualifications:
Willingness and ability to reach independently and work from the Data Center sites in Sweden (Gävle /Malmö) at least 2 days a week.
Significant experience in business program management functions or similar (preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering operations).
Significant work experience in program management, process management, process improvement.
Significant experience with cost and expense management
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field

Responsibilities

The Data Center QA/Document controller will be the main point of contact on site in relation to Critical Environment Operational documentation including the creation, reviewing, management and archiving.

As a successful QA Document Controller Technician, your success is measured by the following responsibilities:
Administer the creation and update of all site procedures for the DC as per our Runbook guidelines.
Schedule periodic reviews of all current procedures along current SLA guidelines and liaise with responsible staff to ensure timely completion.
Driving compliance through producing regular reports.
Certify templates, classification and document details conform to site standards.
Manage the master procedure matrix on SharePoint for all site operating procedures for the DC ensuring matrix is maintained to site requirements.

Role Overview
As a Principal Construction Project Manager (PCPM) you are expected to set clear, achievable, and aggressive goals; to help the team strive for the optimal delivery of your schemes. (Safety, Quality, Schedule, Commercial, Environmental and HR/IR compliance outcomes). You define and communicate your team's purpose and goals, to ensure alignment to the holistic EPC regional OKR goals and DCEP schedule commitments. The PCPM is expected to understand how to innovate and mitigate all scheme constraints/issues, clearly drive/manage and roadmap a solid path to green as required. The PCPM is expected to have active listening skills required to effectively manage and communicate, change and produce clear and concise written communication to (across all key MSFT stakeholders and supporting consultants) manage the day-to-day activities across your schemes.
The PCPM role is expected to concurrently manage the full project lifecycle function of new builds, fit out of multiple follow on COLO's builds, spearhead the RFP process for new builds/follow on COLO's, while also remaining engaged to oversee 2-3No overarching DCD Regional initiatives and provide support to your peers as required. The PCPM needs to take full ownership on delivering aggressive programs while effectively managing large capital budgets.
The PCPM needs to be exceptionally strong communicator both written and verbally, and will lead multi-discipline, highly technical project teams. The PCPM will be familiar with MSFT HRA's, DC Basis of Design, and live specifications suite. Role Overview
As a Campus Project Manager (CPM) you are expected to set clear, achievable, and aggressive goals; to help the team strive for the optimal delivery of your schemes. You define and communicate your team's purpose and goals, to ensure alignment to the holistic EPC regional OKR goals and DCEP schedule commitments. The CPM is expected to understand how to innovate and mitigate all scheme constraints/issues, clearly drive/manage and roadmap a solid path to green as required. The CPM is expected to have active listening skills required to effectively manage and communicate, change and produce clear and concise written communication to (across all key MSFT stakeholders and supporting consultants) manage the day-to-day activities across your schemes.
The CPM role is expected to concurrently manage the full project lifecycle function of new builds, fit out of multiple follow on COLO's builds, spearhead the RFP process for new builds/follow on COLO's, while also remaining engaged to oversee 2-3No overarching DCD Regional initiatives and provide support to your peers as required. The CPM needs to take full ownership on delivering aggressive programs while effectively managing large capital budgets.
The CPM needs to be exceptionally strong communicator both written and verbally, and will lead multi-discipline, highly technical project teams. The CPM will be familiar with MSFT HRA's, DC Basis of Design, and live specifications suite. Utilize Energy Isolation process to implement an Energy Isolation Program across the campus and project.
Establish and manage an Energy Isolation assurance process, closing any gaps identified in assurance audits.

Ensure approval processes for proposed Energy Isolation procedures are in place.
Collaborate with the Authorizing Energy Marshal to establish an Energy Isolation Permit process.
Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and Scripts, identifying all energy sources.

Verify qualifications, training, and personal protective equipment (PPE) of personnel performing energy isolation work.

Detailed estimation of the project based on local design documents.
Agreement of estimates with the GC at during design development and agreement of the contract sum.

Draft commercial detail and supporting documents for all funding requests.
Review and agreement of all GC procurement of the subcontract packages including the approval of the sub contract Letters of Authorization (LOAs).
Commercial review of all disputes that may arise.

Commercial management of all other program vendors including:
Presenting proposals to head office for purchase order approval.
Approving invoices for all project vendors.
Final account agreement & closeout for all vendor accounts.
Manage the Cost Management firm contracted to provide commercial support in the region.
Assist in the procurement of Cost Management firm.
Manage the resources allocated to the projects to ensure that they are appropriate in number and quality.
Regular Monthly Business Updates (MBUs) with the cost management firms.
Cost Reporting: Work with the Cost management firm, GC and project controls to ensure that the full suite of cost reports are available for review by Redmond on a monthly basis.
Provide the PER (funding) team all commercial support necessary to ascertain the required timing of the funding intervals and all commercial information needed to back up these funding requests to management. This will normally involve the production of multiple option cost scenarios.
Design Team commercial support: From project kick-off through to final design provide commercial support on business cases, value engineering studies and change control as the design evolves though to final decision.
Site selection support: Work with our site selection team in the region to provide constructability reports and site specific comparative estimates on candidate sites. Also provide all funding and Purchase Order (PO) support necessary for this team to perform in the region.
Commercial Process control: Review the current commercial processes in the region and develop these into a commercial playbook. On agreement of this playbook the candidate shall be responsible for the consistent implementation of same.
