Job Summary
The HR Site Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR functions, ensuring smooth site operations, compliance with company policies, and the delivery of a positive employee experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries at the site and works closely with the central HR team to support and implement HR initiatives and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for employees and site management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Assist employees with welfare-related inquiries and ensure they receive appropriate support.
Travel between multiple sites across Gävle, Sweden, to provide consistent HR support and address on-site matters.
Manage and resolve employee issues promptly, assessing and addressing concerns appropriately.
Provide guidance and support to employees when dealing with local authorities, including residency permits and tax matters.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure clear, effective communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with local labour laws and company standards.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in collaboration with the HR department.
Support payroll processes by collecting, verifying, and submitting time and attendance data accurately and on time.
Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a multicultural environment.
Experience with time and attendance systems and accurate timesheet processing.
Good understanding of payroll processes and related administrative tasks.
Familiarity with Swedish employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
B-Driving License

Language
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Romanian (considered a plus).

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in in-situ concrete
works, infrastructure projects, and complex construction environments.
This role will involve managing all aspects of the financial and contractual elements of projects, from pre-construction through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the specific demands of concrete work and will bring a hands-on approach to cost management and project oversight. Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for cost management of construction projects, particularly those involving in-situ concrete works, precast elements, and fencing.
Provide detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets during the early stages of projects.
Prepare Order of Magnitude Costs (Budget Estimates).
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conduct tender analysis, and prepare tender reports.
Prepare and manage contract documents.
Demonstrate knowledge of commercial contracts and their application to construction projects.
Liaise effectively with design teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and costs.
Oversee post-contract responsibilities, including the assessment of variations,
progress measurement, and agreement of final accounts.
Monitor and control project costs to ensure all projects are delivered within the established budget.
Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement process, including managing subcontractor negotiations and supplier agreements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to control and mitigate cost-related risks.
Assess and process variations, claims, and change orders accurately.
Prepare and manage cash flow reports to ensure project financial health.
Prepare interim valuations to maintain project cash flow and ensure payments are made according to contract terms.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues and keep the project on track.
Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts to senior management, including final accounts.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements on-site.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with significant exposure to in-situ concrete work.
Strong background in managing complex projects and cost control, with a deep understanding of the specific requirements of concrete work.
Proven experience in procurement processes, tendering, and contract management.
Familiarity with construction software and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and looking for long-term career growth.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to relocate to Gävle/ Sweden and work on-site.
Strong understanding of in-situ concrete construction techniques and their application to large-scale projects.
Experience working on data centers or similar large-scale projects.

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for concrete construction packages within data centre projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from construction drawings and specifications to quantify materials, labour, and equipment requirements.

Candidate requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry with exposure to concrete construction projects.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar applications.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data, perform cost calculations, and generate accurate reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
