Om dig
Du har erfarenhet inom samhällsbyggnadsbranschen och har ett starkt driv att utvecklas inom sjukhusuppdrag
Du har erfarenhet från konsultrollen och trivs med att ta det affärsmässiga och tekniska ansvaret i uppdrag
Du trivs i en internationell miljö där erfarenhet av internationella sjukhusprojekt är meriterande
Du har flerårig erfarenhet som projektledare/projekteringsledare eller liknande ledande roller och trivs att utveckla projekt från tidiga skeden tillsammans med kunden
Du har en god samarbetsförmåga där du är van att leda och stötta dina kollegor i uppdrag

You will in this role represent the line organisation procurement, with responsibility for those commitments in earlier stages, made by you or by someone else in the line organisation procurement, are effectuated. AFRY is now recruiting?an Engineering manager in order to increase our ability to perform large multidisciplinary projects within the Process Industry. The engineering manager works in close collaboration with the project manager and discipline leads. You reports to the Project Manager in projects and in line organisation to Section Manager for Engineering.
Qualifications
The Engineering manager shall oversee and on a high level manage all technical engineering issues, by close follow-up with the discipline leads. The engineering manager is also responsible for the data handling and coordination of 3D-models and reviews. The engineering manager shall make sure that all necessary project quality routines are followed in the day-to-day engineering work and that there is a good interdisciplinary communication between relevant parties within the project.
The engineering manager shall be orderly and experienced in coordinating technical issues in complex projects, preferably with experience from Process industry, Metal or Mining industry.
The engineering manager shall have high communication skills and assume responsibility to coordinate the different technical parts within the project.
You have good knowledge in project management and engineering tools.
You have a high business attitude since our relations, both internally and externally, are based on close cooperation and good relations.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and hold a driving license (B)

Your mission?

In the role, you will manage engineering activities in Alstom's maintenance contract for Tåg i Bergslagen (TiB). The customer is operator VR and the contract include maintenance of Tåg i Bergslagen's commuter and regional trains consisting of 23 vehicles of the type Regina X50 and 7 vehicles of the type ER1. Maintenance is carried out in 2 depots located in Gävle and Västerås.

You act as technical expertise to both internal and external stakeholders to streamline and further develop Alstom's engineering operations within the relevant regions. Together with the team, you will work with assigned sub-projects and areas of responsibility within the project. You are expected, based on the experience gained, to propose improvements and modifications to the vehicles and contribute to continuous development specifically in terms of availability, reliability and improved maintenance methods. You will report to Alstom's Engineering Manager for Rolling Stock Maintenance Nordics as well as the Project Manager for TiB and will play a central role in the project's management team. The position is located in our depot in Gävle.

Your responsability?

Engineering activities in Alstom maintenance contract:

Responsible for the engineering team of 2 people
Be operative in the project engineering activities yourself
Manage and maintain the technical definition and configuration of the vehicles
Ensure that the vehicles are maintained with railway safety in focus and keep maintenance documentation for the project up to date.
Own the technical work package for the project, meet objectives in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) and manage associated risk
Ensure product safety policy is implemented
Manage the technical performance of the fleet during maintenance and operation (such as availability, reliability, maintainability) and bring experience back to the relevant vehicle platform.
Define maintenance technical plan and organize relevant team
Act as technical expertise to the customer when needed
Manage technical deviations, initiation of incident analysis reports and root cause analyses
Ensure work in accordance with standardized change process



Your profile?

University degree within engineering or have acquired the corresponding competence
5 years of relevant experience in an industrial business i.e. railway vehicle maintenance and operation, automotive and aerospace.
Leadership and distributed team management in a project context
Working knowledge of risk assessment and risk management
Spoken and written communication in Swedish and English
Good knowledge of reliability, serviceability and maintenance techniques as well as LCC analysis
Knowledge of design and manufacturing process (LEAN etc.)
Experience in financial control, cost-benefit analysis

Din roll kommer att vara att leda detta team tillsammans med en gruppchef som kommer direktrapportera till dig.

Som sektionschef drivs du av utmaningar och är en affärsinriktad lagspelare som har kompetens och erfarenhet inom verksamhetsområdet med stark vilja att fortsätta att utveckla kundrelationer och organisationen vidare. Utöver ditt intresse för affärer drivs du också av att vårda och utveckla vår personal. För att lyckas i rollen har du förmågan att skapa, se, och ta möjligheter när de kommer. Du ser förändringar och utveckling som något positivt som håller dig och verksamheten i framkant.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter 
Affärsansvar för strategiska kunder. Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och potentiella samarbetspartners. Genom att förstå det stora sammanhangen, industrin, kundens behov och utmaningar skapa förtroende hos kunder och samarbetspartners inom AM.
Arbeta som konsult i projekt inom hela AM kedjan.
Marknadsföra och sprida kunskap om AM genom att hålla webinar, föreläsa på konferenser och event till presumtiva kunder, samarbetspartners och intressenter inom AM området.
Om dig.
Vi tror att du har en bakgrund som ingenjör förmodligen med inriktning maskin eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av produktionsmiljö, kvalificering och att arbeta med standarder ser vi som särskilt meriterande. Du har en teknisk och affärsmässig kompetens med flera års erfarenhet inom additiv tillverkning, främst inom metall, och ett väl etablerat kontaktnät. Du är väl insatt i AM områdets utveckling och var kompetensen finns. Du har den tekniska förmågan att utnyttja kapaciteten hos additiv tillverkning för att identifiera nya lösningar samt att leda i förändring så att projekten törs gå utanför det trygga och väl beprövade och ibland sikta mot trädtopparna. Du driver eller har drivit egna projekt och har erfarenhet från att projektleda avancerade designprojekt. Du brinner för att utveckla affärsrelationer och driva saker framåt. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker nu en E-commerce manager som tillsammans med oss vill vara med och utveckla samt driva våra webbshoppar.
Som E-commerce manager på Card Group är du ansvarig för att driva vår försäljning online, utveckla de digitala affärerna samt bygga marknadsstrategier tillsammans med företagets marknadsavdelning. Du kommer även att ansvara för att planera, implementera, optimera samt följa upp digitala kampanjer och orderhantering.

Rollen kombinerar strategiskt och operativt arbete där du deltar i arbetet med att framställa en marknadsföringsplan samtidigt som du arbetar operativt för att verkställa den. I detta kommer du att ställas inför utmaningen att bryta ner strategiska planer till operativa aktiviteter.
En viktig del av arbetet är att analysera, optimera och utvärdera webbshopens besökares beteende onsite, för att underlätta deras köpprocess och därigenom omvandla besökare till kunder. Ditt ansvar är även att säkerställa att allt innehåll på webbshopen är SEO-optimerat. Du håller dig uppdaterad inom relevanta trender och verktyg för att försäkra att Card Group ligger i framkant vad gäller innehåll, kampanjer och användarupplevelser.


Din profil

Vi tror att du som söker tidigare har gjort en resa där du drivit och utvecklat en webbshop (E-handel). Du har strategisk och operativ kompetens samt har förmågan att ta ett affärsmässigt helhetsansvar för vår e-handel.
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har minst 2 års erfarenhet av likande arbetsuppgifter med ett dokumenterat gott resultat i kombination med en akademisk utbildning inom digital kommunikation/marknadsföring eller liknande.

Du har stor erfarenhet av att arbeta med CMS och e-marketing system samt Adobe Creative Suit. Att du talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska är viktigt för att lyckas i tjänsten.
