Job Description
• Prepares, stages, sets up, and performs startups and shutdowns (e.g., racks, hard drives, switches) according to specific instructions, checklists, guides, standard protocols, and emails.
• Performs post-execution quality checks and verifies that grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling are set up properly according to safety protocols, deployment standards, and planned Network Design Tasks (NDTs).
• Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures, quickly identifies the cause(s) of issues, and replaces faulty components
• Decommissions hardware for simple changes and refreshes (e.g., memory upgrades, OS rebuilds) following standard procedures with minimal guidance
• Follows procedures to communicate, report, and escalate incidents to appropriate Datacenter Technician Leads

Requirements
• Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Required: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
• Required: 1+ year(s) experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous datacenter experience a plus

Responsibilities:
As a successful Datacenter Inventory & Asset Technician, your day-to-day work will include:
· Maintain accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
· Perform regular audits of datacenter equipment to ensure inventory controls are met.
· Movement of equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment.
· Work within a ticket-based environment.
· Perform destruction of data bearing devices (ex. Hard drives, solid state drives, etc.).
· Perform material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management.
· Creation of purchases orders (PO) and quotes request from different vendors along with a close follow up of the mentioned activities.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:


As a successful Datacenter Inventory & Asset Technician, your day-to-day work will include:


Supporting the warehouse and logistics function through logical material movements, including the sending and receiving of assets, and inventory management such as controlling the documentation of your incoming and outgoing shipments.
Moving material and assets physically, using powered and manual pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment.
Perform regular audits and updates of datacenter assets and equipment such as spare parts to ensure inventory controls are met.
Handling and doing physical audits of storage medias and Data Bearing Devices. 
Work within a ticket-based environment.
Perform destruction of data bearing devices (ex. Hard drives, solid state drives, etc.).

Qualifications:

For this role, the ideal candidate meet the following qualifications:


High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least One (1) year of experience in warehouse/supply chain/logistics is preferred, but not a requirement.
Valid driving license.
Valid Fork truck and heavy lifting equipment licenses is a plus, but not required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to work with applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Our customers working language is English, so you need to be able to communicate effectively in English both oral and in writing.

 
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:


Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills. Training will be provided. 
Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.

The work day pattern includes two breaks, each of 30 minutes.

Electrical Engineer
You will Work with commissioning teams to properly test and validate installation, operation, and performance of electrical systems. Further, act as the technical authority for on-site operations related to a large-scale mission critical electrical system.
Some of the tasks are summarized but not limited to:
· Establish and coordinate maintenance and safety operating procedures, maintaining highly redundant electrical infrastructure.
· Managing the electrical infrastructures throughout datacenter campus
· Overall responsibility for the safe operation of the facilities
· Management of the ongoing CE maintenance support for all service lines to pre-defined SLAs
· Work with Construction and Commissioning team to properly integrate the new Electrical systems to existing datacenter
· Support and validate on-site datacenters operations in relation to the electrical infrastructure
· Practical experience with building management systems and automation, controls & frameworks
· Experience with the operation and maintenance of building electrical systems. (Power distribution, lighting, grounding, generators, UPS, and battery packs, ATS, fire alarm and Monitoring systems)
The position is going to be based at our clients’ Swedish location in Gävle.
You have experience with electrical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.
It’s required to have a very strong technical engineering experience:
• OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field AND Good technical engineering experience
• OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field AND Good technical engineering experience.
